Bloodsoaked Sigils got significantly easier. Blizzard acknowledged that most players who unlocked Bloodsoaked content couldn't actually complete it. The difficulty has been reduced to give everyone who earned access a better shot at finishing.
Stash and Blacksmith added to Kael Rills' Butcher Shop in Gea Kul. No more running back and forth to town to salvage and store items.
Butcher in Fields of Hatred now has significantly more health. PvP Butcher players were apparently going down too fast.
Season of Slaughter Fixes
- One of the Butcher's attacks was invisible on low graphics settings - fixed
- Camera broke in local co-op when both players transformed into The Butcher - fixed
- Party members weren't all transforming properly when entering Slaughterhouses - fixed
- Killstreak affix for Core Resources wasn't granting Willpower for Druids - fixed
- Activating Shrine of Slaughter was removing active incense and elixir buffs - fixed
- Butcher skill Hell Charge wasn't consuming resource - fixed
- Bloodied Scythes and 2-Handed Maces were too cheap at the Butcher's Shop - fixed
- Bloodied Nightmare Dungeons weren't dropping Obducite at the same rate as normal Nightmare Dungeons - fixed
- Various Season Rank Objectives and Capstone Completions not granting rewards or not completable - fixed
- Multiple instances of Teyana showing up in unexpected places during the Seasonal quest - fixed
Other Fixes
- Tower bosses Thuneros and Herald of Darkness had significantly less life than intended - fixed (expect these to hit harder now)
- Ring of Red Furor was missing its icon - fixed
- Paladin's Arbiter form was missing its winged visual effects - fixed
- Blind Burrows dungeon progression could get blocked if you killed the boss too quickly - fixed
- Windows 10 Version 1909 crash on launch - fixed
- Various stability, visual, performance, and audio improvements
