Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and password (hashed). Diablo 4 and Diablo 2: Resurrected Data: We collect the filter configurations, descriptions, and related game data you create or upload.
We use your information to provide and maintain the DiabloFilter service, allow you to save, share, and download loot filters, verify your status as a content creator (if applicable), and send you important updates regarding your account.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your public filter creations and username with other users of the platform as part of the core functionality of the site.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure password storage (bcrypt), and restricted access controls.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the User Settings page, or by contacting support@diablofilter.com.
DiabloFilter uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, secure, and improve our service.
Session Cookie: Maintains your authenticated session. Remember Me Cookie: Keeps you signed in for up to 30 days if selected, cryptographically signed for integrity.
Referral Cookie: A short-lived cookie (24 hours) set when you click a creator referral link, used solely for creator analytics.
We also use your browser built-in storage to remember preferences, cache data to reduce server requests, and store dismissed UI notifications. This data never leaves your browser.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager collect anonymized usage data. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and performance. Twitch and YouTube embeds may set cookies when loaded; we use YouTube privacy-enhanced mode where possible.
